IBM’s Grow Forth experience at NRF,

retail’s annual gathering for industry luminaries, offered an unparalleled view into how retail brands are transforming themselves for the digital age. We created a theatrical journey, delivering key stories via short, looping performances on small stages. These stories represented real retail landscape challenges and possibilities, visualized by illustrious, representative scenarios. Catering to different learning styles, visitors who required a lighter touch could take in IBM’s offerings via these inviting and entertaining performances. Those who liked a deeper dive could browse relevant, real-life IBM stories via digital touchpoint outside of the stages. Finally, those ready to focus on a single solution could meet an IBM rep at one of the relevant stations thematically connected to the vignettes.
